IWP regularly assembles teams of resource people for consultations with community based organizations (CBOs), NGOs and INGOs on holistic, sustainable leadership and management. Drawing on our extensive local, regional and international networks, we identify diverse teams to address the specific needs of each organization. All of the resource people on our teams share a common vision and commitment to work with groups over a sustained period of time, to develop trust and relationships built on shared power and mutual respect.
