The program is open to anyone seeking a Buddhist perspective in his or her approach to personal development, social justice and social change work.

May courses at IWP

Dear friends, we hope this finds you well.  We are excited to announce two new courses at IWP in May:

“Writing as if your life depends on it” and “Survivors on the mat: healing from trauma”.

Both workshops will be led by Becky Thompson – a friend of IWP as well as a writer, teacher, scholar, poet, yoga instructor, and the author of several books on trauma, healing, and embodiment.

Upcoming courses at IWP

Dear friends, we hope this finds you well.  We have posted information about some excellent upcoming courses at IWP. 

Upcoming courses in Thai and English include a ‘Being with Dying and Compassionate End of Life Care’ with Roshi Joan Halifax from November 7-11.  There will also be a yoga retreat December 18-24 and a meditation retreat January 13-17.   Details about each of these courses can be found on our website, http://www.womenforpeaceandjustice.org.

Mindfulness for Health and Healing Workshop
